Pownce helps groups of friends share short snippets of text, music, photos, or event notifications. Each Pownce message can be distributed with just a few friends or the whole world. Pownce will automatically recognize shared file types and attempt to display images, music, movies, and more directly on your profile pages. Pownce develops an official desktop client powered by the Adobe AIR and the Pownce API.
